have and use a foam roller on a regular basis.
With training you accumulate all kinds of scar
tissue, muscle knots and tight areas that can't be
stretched out. You either need to have a
massage of some kind or roll the area to release
these tight or inflamed spots so your body can heal

The Stick
The stick works
